Hello Little Butterfly!

These are my newest Magnolia stamps. I think this little Tilda is so cute. Also I just love this wheelbarrow with tulips. It must be really popular because everytime I tried to buy it it was sold out.
I did this little card for Just Magnolia's sketch. They have a great design team over there. So if you are looking for some good samples you could check them out!
I colored bothe images with copic markers and added a little bit of glitter pen. Also I did the tulips in yellow to dry to bring the yellow out in the designer papers (Melissa Frances papers) then realized they were too much yellow and outlined them in Cotton Candy stickles to add a little bit of light pink. I used the martha stewart fence punch to add a little white picket fence. I really want the Magnolia fence die. But that is always sold out also. The fence was alittle stark so I added so little flowers along the bottom with some dew drops to match the ones in the upper corner. My ribbon is Daffodil Delight Taffeta from stampin up and I also used So Saffron cardstock and some peach bazzill.

Very Springy!

I made this pretty springy card for the three challenges above. I used the sketch of course from sketch wednesday. The bird and butterflys in my Kanban ds paper for Flutterby Wednesday must have a butterfly, or fairy or something with wings. And The ABC challenge this week is S is for Sparkle so I added lots of glitter and sparkly ribbon.
This pretty stamp is from Peddlers Pack. I colored it with copic markers twice and then cut out the fuschias to layer them up a little with mounting tape. The sentiment is from Great Impressions.
I made this card 51/2 x 51/2 and then realized I could have made it into a regular size card. Especially since the papers from Kanban come in 81/4 x 113/4. A very odd size. I want to make these up into kits for Peddlers Pack so I need to get as many out of each piece of ds as I can.

Added a flower oon the side and some ribbon. You cant see it very well but along the bottom I used a lacy borderability from Spelbinders.

Outlines and Peddlers Pack!

I finally got to play with some of my new stamps from convention. The flowers are from Outlines Rubber stamps and the sentiment is from Peddlers Pack. I stamped the flowers on watercolor paper and then actually used my stampin up markers for the 1st time in a long time. I just outline the image where I wanted color and then used my watercolor brush. Then I cut them out and added stickles around the edges. I love how colorful they are. I actually made two cards with them. The designer papers I got at convention two.
I stamped the big flower once and the smaller flower twice to make the center and then used pop dots to three d them.

Vintage Girl!

This reminds me of one of the Gibson girls. I think she looks really pretty. I was going a little bit for a vintage look. I added a cameo brooch thingy for her and a little pearl earring. I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday. Also the vintage look I was going for was for the challenge at Crop Stop,
This is a Peddlers pack stamp. The work MOM is Peddlers Pack also. I love the font the Mom.
I used a Martha Stewart punch down the side and a nestiblity for framing the image.

Tilda With Parasol!

I got another calender done this weekend. This pretty little Tilda with a Parasol. I made this card/calender for several challenges. 7 kids college fund easter or spring. Even tho my calender is for July I think this card works really well for spring. Sunday Sketch & Stamp- I used the sketch and had to change it just a little for the calender to fit. But the card is like the sketch. I pulled out some of my precious magnolia papers for this. I havent wanted to used them in the past because I never know if I am going to be making up kits or just multiple cards and they only come with 2 6 x 6 sheets of each. So as you can see I had to do both the card and calender a little different because I was making two of the calender. My card also works for Magnoliacious Color Challenge pink and green. Also Flutterby Wednesdays soft pastels and of course it has to have wings. So my magnolia papers have butterflies on them and I added a butterfly I punched out with a martha stewart punch.

Winner!

Hello Everyone!
I won the challenge at Flutterby Wednesdays last week with my Iris card. It is randomly picked but I am sooo excited. I won a gift certificate to Just Some Lines. I never usually check out to see if I won or not. I was checking to see this weeks challenge and there my name was in print. That was exciting too.
When I make a project with my prize I will be sure and post it!

Happy Easter!

This turned out to be a fairly large card. It is 5 x 7. These little bunnys bought a Happy Easter sign from the Acme sign co. They are pulling out the words from the box to spell it out. I colored the images with copic markers and used a nestie for the circles. I used regal rose and crushed curry with this fun easter paper I picked up at Craft Warehouse. The bunny on the left is sweating away and the bunny on the right is just laying there watching.
I also used some of my great new ribbon. I had to go back for another 10 yards for this yellow because I like it so much.

Birthday Cake Tilda!

Heres the second calender and card I did this weekend. This is for April. I made the month across the top with cupcake letters. I think they are a little hard to see tho. This is for the sketch saturday challenge sketch and also the Totally Tilda challenge Sweet treats. Which again I was a day late for. I really need to be more careful. Sometimes I really take into consideration the cutoffs and others I totally miss them somehow. The third challenge cor this card/calendar is ABC challenge Ris for Ribbon.
I used papers from DCWV paper pack Sweet Treats. I also added a little cupcake button. I love this Tilda.

Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge!

Our challenge today at Fussy and Fancy Friday is something for a child. So I finally pulled out my stamps from  The Greeting Farm I had to have months ago. I think this little gal is really cute with her little skull and cross bones in her hair. I also used the sketch over at sketch saturday. If you want to see other cards done with this sketch you can check them out. I used some of the Dilly Dally papers again. I love the pretty pink with the flowers. The ribbon is some of the new ribbon I picked up in multiple colors at Peddlers Pack. I have used two of my three new colors now. I added some sparkly flowers and dew drops from my stash.
Have a great friday and happy stamping!

Peddlers Pack Bunny!

This is a little card I made with a Peddlers Pack stamp. I stamped it and colored it with copic markers. Then
added a little glitter. I used one of my new nesties. Added some ribbon and  a flower.  I used some of the fairy tale papers from Graphic 45 called Once Upon a Springtime. I also used some green rub stuff I got at convention. You just rub it on with a sponge. Its really easy to get to much. I wanted just a little on  but it looks ok with more also.
I am very sad! Our Craft Warehouse is closing. Kati and I went tonight and it was packed. Everything is on sale. But I bet they wont have to stay open for long before everything is gone.

Pink Daisy

I love pink and white together like this. It is so bright and cheery I think. I used lots of new toys with this card.  This is a Peddlers Pack daisy stamp I picked up a few weeks ago. Also a Justrite Stamp set, and two new spellbinders dies. I picked all of these goodies up at Peddlers Pack. They have them all and if they are not in stock Joyce would be happy to order them for you.
I also got one of the new colors of copics in the mail the other day. I used it on the centers of the daisys and it perfectly matches Stampin Ups Pixie Pink.
Too much fun. I hope you enjoy this card.!

Sweet Stop Sketch #102

I got a few more new Peddlers Pack stamps to play with over the weekend. Its so much fun to go into the store and pick out stamps I want to play with.
This is a pretty butterfly. I found the yellow ds paper at Paper Zone also. It is by Making Memories Dilly Dally line. I love that name. The papers are so pretty. They are so springy. For the background on the yellow, I stamped the butterfly with So Saffron on the barely banana cardstock.  Its covered up quite a bit but it makes a very nice background. It would probably show up alot more if it was embossed but A. I am planning on making about 20 of these and dont want the extra work and B. its so hard to get your layers to stick over embossed images.
So I colored the image with copic markers and then outlined the butterfly and did his body in Diamond Stickles. The yellow ribbon was a new find at Peddlers Pack also. They have a Great selection of ribbons. This ribbon is from May Arts, I think is the name and it came in about 5 colors. I had to settle on three but I will get the other two colors next visit. Its a little bit wider than I like. But just a little bit.
I added the flowers also because of the sketch but I think they really add to the card. Whenever I am working with butterflies or anything with wings I should check the Flutterby Wednesday challenge because I would have just needed one button to qualify for it also. But I already took the picture so oh well.
So my card is for the sketch at The Sweet Stop. So if you like the way my card is laid out go check out the other cards that people made with this sketch.

Chocolate Dipped Bunnies!

Heres a fun card I made with a couple of Peddlers Pack stamps. The sentiment is from Impression Obsession. I used one of my new dies along the bottom edge I got from Heartfelt Creations at the stamp convention last sunday. They have great stamps and special made Spellbinders just for them.
My card is a bunny making chocolate dipped bunnies, so of course he had to have some hersheys chocolate to make them. So I added a candy bar at the top. I wanted it to be pink so these little chocolate dipped bunnies are hersheys crackle dipped.

Man Card!

Why is it that man cards are so hard to make! I was browsing thru my list of favorites this  morning for what I wanted to do for blog challenges today and one said "Man Card". I thought to myself "no way on that one". Then I realized I needed to make a birthday card for a man at work. I make the card and the whole office signs it. He likes to play and I know he likes to boogey board because he hurt his shoulder doing that last summer.
So I thought how about surf boards. Then I had already found a couple of sketches and thought WOW! Ican use this for the man card challenge also.
So I pulled out my DENAMI surfboad stamp and I knew I had this surf board paper I got awhile ago and went to work. I knew what I wanted the sentiment to say so I printed that on the computer. I stamped and colored the surfboard image, put on some Crystal Effects and then cut them out after they dried. I added some real seashells I had in my stash and here is the results.
