So Hoppy Together!

Here is a fun little card I made using the sketch from the sketch Saturday challenge this week. I knew I wanted to use this adorable set. It is the So Hoppy Together stamp set which you can get for free with a $50 purchase until the end of March. Also from March 1st-31st you can purchase the die set to match for $27. If you purchase the die set you are already a little over the $50 mark.

If you would like to purchase any of these items just let me know or click here for my online store. All of the dies that match most of the Sale A Bration sets will show up there on Friday.

Treat Cups!

We had a challenge with our Stampin Up group to decorate one of the new Treat Cups. This is what I came up with. I used the new Painted Seasons Bundle that is a Sale A Bration item. It is a bundle from the second release and is free with a $100 purchase. It has papers and stamps for each season. I absolutely love the papers. The stamps are fun too. You can also purchase dies from the Sale A Bration coordination products that are available from March 1st - 31st. I don't have the dies yet so I fussy cut my images.
I saw the butterflies done like this on Pinterest but cant seem to find it again to give credit to that person. She used the Butterfly Bundle and papers and it was different than mine. I only used her flying butterfly idea and came up with the rest.
I choose the Just for You sentiment so it could be used for whatever you want. You can also put whatever you want on the inside too. I saw that the Little Debbie Cupcakes fit on the inside.

Baby Gift!

I needed a baby gift for a co worker. I was short on time because Thursday is her last day of work before maternity leave. So I went onto Pinterest and found a pretty card created by Ann at the Stampin Shach . Hers was pink but since my co worker is having a boy I went with Balmy Blue. I changed it just a little. My heat gun is all packed for the retreat so I didn't want to heat emboss. I also decided on a different greeting so I couldn't use the same die. So I did my own greeting and just gave the ends of each a little snip.
I used Animal Outing stamp set and matching dies for this cute little kangaroo. I also stamped it on the envelope and put some dsp on the envelope flaps. Since it was 6 x 6 dsp I had to use a few different patterns.
I like how it turned out and hope she will love her gift!

Make Your Own Designer Series Paper!

Sometimes I realize there isn't any designer series papers in the colors I want or the patterns I want. Sometimes I just feel like stamping and nothing else.
So for either of these cases you can just stamp away and make your own designer series papers and stamp just for fun. Just pick a stamp set or maybe even two and some colors and you are set.
For my dsp I used the Incredible Like You set. I used Balmy Blue, Pacific Point, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green and Garden Green for my colors.
I've only done this once before and the hardest part was actually cutting into my paper!
Give it a try!!

Hello Cupcake!

Here is a card I created using the Sale A bration set Hello Cupcake. I used the new dies that are available in March for this set called Calle Me Cupcake Framelits. They are perfect for this set. I just love them. They come with a glass dome like a cake platter and a few other dies as well as the ones I have used here.
I used Tranquil Tide for the cupcake base, Daffodil Delight, Berry Burst and Mango Melody for the frosting layers and sprinkles. The cake plate for the cupcake is a little hard to see here but I used Champagne Foil sheets for it.
I have been using the Garden Impressions Designer Series Papers for Easter Banners I have been making for the Leavenworth retreat coming up next month and had a bunch of 2 1/2 inch strips left over so I decided I needed to use it for some projects. So this is what I used on this card.
You will probably be seeing more of it in the future.

Climbing Orchids!

Here is my version of the card on page 24 of the annual Stampin Up catalog. I love orchids but am horrible at growing them. Using the Climbing Orchids stamp set I can make a card and have it last a long time.
I love casing projects out of the catalog and adding my own spin to them. All of the Stampin Up catalogs are a great source for inspiration. There are great samples in them.
I have used Shimmery White card stock embossed with the Ruffles Embossing folder for the background of this card layered on Petal Pink with a Very Vanilla Card base. You cant really tell in the picture but the Shimmery White Cardstock is just as described. It has a nice shimmer to it like it was painted all over with Wink of Stella.

The Orchids are stamped with Poppy Parade Ink on Petal Pink cardstock. I have added some sequins for a little extra bling!

Butterfly "W" Fancy Fold Card!

This is a card I cased from Jan B . She calls it a W Fancy Fold Card. I completely cased hers except I changed the designer papers on the inside. I used some from the Botanical Butterfly Paper from the Sale A Bration catalog which you can get for free with a $50 order. I also added the sequins and rhinestones on the outside.
You could add a sentiment on the inside if you wanted too. The butterflies are all punched out of the same papers as the inside with the Butterfly Duet punch in the new Occasions catalog.
The greeting on the outside is from the Butterfly Gala stamp set and the Gingham paper is in that same suite, It is the Gingham Gala designer paper.
