Catalog Premier Party!

So much fun stuff in the new Annual Stampin Up catalog. These are the 6 cards we made yesterday.

Also these 6 fun projects were in  a fun gift bag. I didnt use papers out of the new Annual catalog. Instead I used papers still available in the Spring Mini catalog that is live until the end of June.

Another Mothers Day Card!

Here is another Mothers card I made. I used the Retired SU Word Wishes Dies with glimmer paper for the words. I die cut flowers from the Meadow Dies in white and sponged them.. I think I used Flirty Flamingo ink, the ribbon is some retired Flirty Flamingo Ribbon with some gold in it. I added some gold gems.

Pansy Patch!

Here are a couple more Mothers Day cards. I have used the Pansy Patch bundle which is thankfully carried over into the new catalog. But I have also used the pansy papers from the old catalog and the die cut words are also discontinued. But since I was making these for a co worker I figured it didnt matter. I have also used the Cup of Tea dies. You cant really tell that the pansys are actually in a teacup!

Bottled Happiness!

This is a new stamp set and punch in the new Annual Catalog that went live this week. You can make it flat like I did or you can get some Shaker domes to pop it up and fill it with some Effervescent elements to look like marbles in the bottle.

I have used the Stitched with Whimsey dies (first time even tho I've had them for a year!, so glad they carried over!) to add some nice stitching around the edges. The stitching is nice and curvy, just the way I sew!!

I have used to new In colors on this card Orchid Oasis and Parakeet Party. I love the new Incolors that came out this year but I still love last years too!

If you would like to purchase these items you can contact me or check them out at my online store.

I was asked by a co-worker to make up some Mothers day cards. So this was one of the ones I made. I got the Happy Mothers Day stamp from the Daffodil DayDream stamp set that also carried over from the Spring mini catalog. So you can still find it as a bundle until June 30th!

Sending Smiles!

This is a new set out of the New Annual Stampin Up catalog that just went live yesterday. There is some great new products in this catalog. I sent in my order yesterday and cant wait to see the new things I have been wanting since I first saw the catalog.

There are a couple of great sets with just words. One of them has dies to cut out the sayings which is great!

The bundle I have used on todays project does that also. It creates a shadow layer that goes behind the word Sending. There are also great greetings to go with it like the one I have used on this card.

If you would like to order any of the great new products or any of the other awesome products stampin up offers you can check out my online store here.   I would love to have you shop with me.

Wisteria Wishes!

These three cards were all made using the Wisteria Wishes stamp set and matching dies. They are coming out in the new Stampin Up Annual Catalog on May 3rd.
I really like this bundle because there are 3 different ways to use this set. You can make the traditional Wisterias, you can make the cone flowers (not sure what exactly they are) and you can make Christmas trees with them.
There isnt many stamp sets in my opinion that you can do that with. Also there are the dies you can make Wisterias out of with any stamping!

I just saw yesterday somewhere on Pinterest where they had made a stand up card using the tree limbs multiple times so it looked really authentic and then had the Wisteria hanging across it. It was a really cool card. Lots of work tho, tons of die cutting. Which I love how die cuts look but sometimes even for me I think its too much. Sure, if you were only going to make one card its ok but I usually dont like to make one card because you get all your supplies out and have stuff everywhere and if you do that for one card everytime its like all you are doing is getting things out and putting them away. Also if you are doing classes its just too much!

But anyway, I am doing a class with this set to show the three ways to use one stamp set. I think its really a cool idea.
