Snowflake Ornament!

This picture looks better in real life  but here it is anyway. I used the new snowflake and ornament dies out of the su mini catty and the ornament stamps to match the dies. This snowflake is punched out with glitter paper from Michaels but the glitter paper from the main su catty is gorgeous and lighter than this. I stamped the ornament in cherry cobbler and then ran it thru the cuttlebug with the matching die. I added the corner punches with some of the yummy christmas papers from the new mini also. I added a cherry cobbler ribbon and some rhinestones. Also I have used the new embossing folder out of the minin for the background on this card.

Tea for Two!

This is a pretty little card that I cased from Teneale Williams . It is a card I found when I was blogging around. I love yellow and tea things so I had to make one. All the items on this card are stamping up except for the flower and rhinestones. The stamp set is The Tea Shoppe and the flowers are from Attic  Boutique and Flirtatious. The doily is from the flirtatious papers. They have two whole sheets of doilies in two different colors but the backs are white so I brayered the white side for the card. Teneales website even has a video on brayering if you dont know how.

Cherry Tilda!

I used Cherry Tilda for this card. I love her little polka dotted dress. My papers are magnolia ds paper and cherry cobbler cardstock. The little cutie pie cherry sentiment is a sheet of punch outs from Bottle Cap Images Vintage Edition. I have colored her with copics and added the red dots with a glitter gel pen and the white dots with liquid applique. I added some ribbon, flowers and rhinestones and used an EK Success punch for the border. The little stamp around the edge of the image is from one of my Gelato sets.

Ghouly!

Well, I guess halloween is just around the corner. So I made this card with some of the new goodies out of stampin ups new mini catty. I used the Googly Ghouls set and the designer kit to match. I love the little googley eyes on the spider.
My hubby laughed at me and asked where I come up with these things. First the cowboy card that wiggles and now the spider eyes. I guess it is good to keep surprising him with things. The pumpkin is a EK success three step punch and the fence is Martha Stewart. Everything else is SU.
I am entering this card in the sketch challenge at The Sweet Stop . They have added to the challenge to use punches and I used 4 different ones on this card.

Sketch Saturday!

This is another Nellie Snellen stamp that I used for this card. You cant tell from the picture but I put one of the wobbles under the cowboy so it jiggles. Especially when you give it a little flick. I made this card to go with the little cowgirl. I think they are both so cute.
I used some stampin up papers from the Patio Party collection. I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday . I wanted to make the card look a little westerny so I put some metal corners on it. Then I added the little letter beads to spell out cowboy. I colored him with copic markers and cut him out. Then stamped it again and mounted it over the full image.

Yellow Purse!

I got another order for a purse. This time yellow. I love these yellow polka dots. I pulled this paper out of a stampin up pack that is just polka dot paper. I wish they sold them individualy but I love them this way too. I made 4 cards. Two each of two different sentiments.

I hope the person that is getting this likes it also.

Baby Alpacas!

Meet Mocha and Liberty. Arent they just the cutest little guys ever??? We have been watching an Australian show called McLeods Daughters. We have watched 6 1/2 seasons in just a few months. They have a few Alpacas on there and I have been wanting to to see some in person every since I first saw them. They are just as adorable in real life.

Mocha is on top and Liberty is on the bottom. His full name is Liberty Surprise because they didnt know his Mama was pregnant and he was born on the 4th of July. We met these little guys at Alpacas of Oregon outside of Sherwood so they are really close to home.

I am hoping to go visit them again soon.

I am hoping to have some cards in a day or two.

This is a cute little cowgirl from Nellie Snellen. I have a matching cowboy I need to make also.
I used the sketch from sweet sketch wednesday . I colored her with copic markers and added some glitter. I used some old ds papers I had, and added some embellies.

I got to make a magnolia card. I have used one of my new maggies. It is the Sweden maggie or something to that effect. I have colored her with copic markers and used some new rose paper I picked up at the beach last weekend. I have also used the sketch from The Sweet Stop . I got this card up just in time. Their challenge closes in about 2 hrs.
The greetings is a new stamp and die set from stampin up. Itty Bitty Banners and banner dies. I really like them. They are "Way Cool".

I showed you Katis nails the other day. Here are mine. They make me wish I was in Hawaii with the flowers. My hubby said they are the best he has ever seen. He really liked them. Of course my hands arent as young and pretty as Katis!

Cool and Refreshing!

Dont these pictures look cool and refreshing? These were taken on the way back from the beach along the Nestucca River. I love all the moss in the trees and the ferns. We just love ferns at our house. They add such a great touch of color and elegance I think. Dont you wish you were here right now?

Fun Lunch!

 These are some fun pictures I took at a little restaurant in McMinnville. It is called Alfs. We went there a couple of times in the last couple of weeks. Alfs has been there since I was little but now you can sit outside and see their flower gardens. They also have a monkey there. A real monkey. He lives in the side room of the restaurant and you can see him from outside. He is a very cute little monkey but it is very sad to see him in there all by himself.

Birthday Girl!

Hello Everyone!
Its been along time since I have shared anything. It has been over 2 weeks since I have done any stamping and I have been enjoying my break. I have been getting the urge to stamp again tho and probably will start next weekend. Also, starting next friday I have the whole week off and then 5 days over labor day weekend. So I am really excited about that and will be doing some stamping then.

So friday was Katis birthday. We got pedicures and had lunch at a teahouse. It was called Teas Me. Cute name until you hear a man answer the phone saying that.

Anyways, then we went grocery shopping and Kati got her nails done and then we came home and made a Taco dinner at her request. We had a great time together. It was the 1st whole day we have been able to spend together for along time. I miss hanging out with her now that she lives clear up on the eastern edge of Vancouver. Not really that far until you think about traffic.

I wanted to share a picture of how beautiful her nails turned out.

Arent they beautiful??? I love the flowers. This week I am going to get mine done and they will be purple and turquoise.

My hubby has been loving me not stamping and spending time with him. We have been going to the beach alot. I will be sharing some pictures I have taken on our day trips.
