Lovely As A Tree and Poinsettia Class!

Green Poinsettia!

I saw a card on pinterest with a poinsettia in this color and really liked it. I paired it with silver foil paper and silver glimmer paper for some sparkle, added a few rhinestones and the Noel in silver foil paper also. I used the Holly embossing folder. I think it gives it a nice victorian look to it.

Lovely As A Tree With Dazzling Diamonds!

Its hard to see in this picture but the whole front of the card is covered with dazzling diamond glitter.
So it looks like a very cold snowy day.
I have used the big tree from Lovely as a Tree and stamped it with Garden Green ink.  Some of the trees are stamped with full strength and some are stamped off. I didnt have any garden green ribbon but I had lots of the Mint Macaron ribbon and I think it matches pretty well.
This card is using Heat and Stick to hold the glitter and it doesn't come off when you touch it!

Dreaming of Snow!

This card is such prettier in real life. This is a card that came to me as I was laying in bed early one morning half awake and half asleep. Then as I was thinking of it a few days later I got more ideas for it.
I have used the Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate. I used the silver side with the dots hoping to give it an effect that looks like it is snowing. Then I stamped one of the stamps from Lovely as A Tree on the inside to make it look like trees behind the snow. I have also used the Fancy Frost dsp that if you look closely looks like snow also. I love how this card turned out. Its always nice to have your own idea once in awhile even tho there are so many great cards on Pinterest!!

Christmas Wishes 2!

Heres my 2nd card for my Christmas Wishes class at Main St Stamp and Stationary on Friday September 30th.
Only took me half the day to do it but I like how it finally turned out. I did the ornaments in every color paper to match this card and color of embossing powder I could think of and finally decided to go with all glimmer papers. The one on on the lower right is white glimmer paper colored with a copic marker to match the dsp,

Christmas Wishes Class at Main St!

This is one of two cards I will be doing at the Christmas Wishes classes at Main St Stamp and Stationary on friday September 30th. The 2nd card will be using the same line of papers with ornaments.

But first I have my Holiday Catalog Premier Party coming up this saturday and am frantically getting ready for it!

Swirly Thanks!

Do you ever see a card while browsing on Pinterest and think wow, that cards great and will be really quick to make. Sure one card might be! But then you realize you need 10 of them and you are die cutting 40 flowers and 30 leaves and it ends up taking you all day!!!
But its worth it right??!!
Anyway, I found this card on Pinterest here and decided to case it!! The gal I cased it from also cased it from someone else. So if you check out the link you will see both of the original cards. I used a different leaf die and also a different greeting/sentiment. But other than that its pretty much the same!
This card is using the Swirly Bird bundle, stamp set and dies, the leaf die from the Thoughtful Branches bundle and the thanks from the Sunburst Sayings stamp set.
I think Flirty Flamingo is my new favorite color.  Do you remember Rose Romance?? That was my most favorite Stampin Up color ever. The first version of it not the second. I remember when I bought a re inker for my stamp pad only to realize they had changed it and it was almost Rose Red instead. I was so disappointed. But now I have Flirty Flamingo and love it!!!!
