Detailed Peacock!

I just love these foil papers! The whole suite is gorgeous. I have used the Detailed Peacock dies on this card. The feather and the leaves are all from it. I have also used the Noble Peacock Designer Series Papers, Noble Peacock foil sheets, Noble Peacock rhinestones and the Reversible  Ribbon.
I love these colors. The embossing folder is also from this suite. It is the Beads and Baubles folder. The only thing I did not use from this suite is the Royal Peacock stamp set.

Over The Moon 2!

Here is another card I made using the Over The Moon stamp set. I think the cows and the greetings on this set are so cute. I have colored him with water colored pencils and wink of stella. The plaid background is from the Buffalo Check background stamp and the cow spots are from the Love What You Do stamp set. This card would be cute for many different occasions with the Cows it going greeting.

Mosaic Mood!

If you like fussy cutting this paper is awesome. I don't really like it but don't mind too much. I have cut out the hummingbird and flowers for these two cards. The only stamping done is the Happy Birthday. This card is a little different than your average card layout but fun. If I had made the front just a little longer it would have stood up better on its own that's for another day.
I have embossed the white layers with Layered Leaves embossing folder and used Petal Pink and white cardstock for this card.
I love the ribbon on this card. I think it is so elegant. It is Petal Pink Organdy Stiped Ribbon.

This cute little guy is from the Back on Your Feet set.. I think he is so cute. There is also a giraffe, turtle and some cute sayings. I have used the Crackle Paint Background stamp on this card and some fun ribbon.

Here is a  cute little tag I made using the Let It Snow Embellishment kit. I only added ribbon and a few little snowflake sequins. The rest is all in the kit. It also comes in an adorable little box that would be great to re purpose as a gift box or just a fun box to put things in.

Oh, I did have to add the papers to put this adorable little snowman on. The papers and the snowman's main colors are Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo and Real Red. I just love this color combo.

Stuff!

So lots has been going on. I have quite a few samples to share but have been out of town for a few days.
Kati and I went to Las Vegas this week and had a great time. My first picture is of a fun hat I found in one of the shops in Las Vegas. It is so pretty!! I loved it! But I am not a hat person so I just took pictures and didn't actually buy it. I did find lots of flamingo stuff to buy while we were there tho.
Boy was it hot!! I thought it would be a dry heat. But what I didn't realize is that it is Monsoon season there. So it was very humid. It did even rain a couple of days. But on the cool days its was in the 90's.
There was also a swarm of locusts that took over the town or so we heard about a week before so we were a little nervous about that but we only saw two of them so we were very relieved. Las Vegas is fun but not somewhere I would want to go to a lot. Its been about 25 years since I was there last and I think I could wait another 25 years!!

So I am having a Cute Critter Class at the end of this month. This is one of the candidates for that class.
I used the We'll Walrus Be Friends Stamp set 149367 and the High Seas 3-D Embossing Folder 149577 for this card. The background of the white is embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder 151775. Whenever I want just a little bit of something on my cardstock this is my go to embossing folder.

Over The Moon!

This is a fun card I created using the new Over The Moon stamp set. I think the little cows are so cute. I stamped and colored one image and the head of a second one. Then I fussy cut out the head and mounted it on the full image with dimensionals.
I colored the images with wink of stella and watercolor pencils. I felt since lots of cows are named Daisy I had to add a daisy to the card. I used the original daisy punch and the new medium daisy punch. The spots were added to the background using the Love What You Do stamp set.

This Little Piggy!

I made this little piggy card for a co worker. She loves pigs and collects them. She has never stamped before and is interested in this set so I made her this card.
I have a drawer with some left over die cuts and flowers in it so I pulled out some things and put this card together. I think he turned out really cut.

Retreat Card #3!

Here is another card we are doing at the retreat on Saturday. I love this foil paper. It comes three colors to a pack, Old Olive, Pretty Peacock and Blueberry Bushell. It also comes in a specialty set that is foil paper also but has designs on it. They are both gorgeous. I have also used the Pressed Petals designer papers for this and the awesome Embossing and die sets called Heirloom Frames and Dies and 3-D Embossing Folders.
They make an awesome pair combined with the foil papers.

Same stamps, same papers. This is another card made with the same supplies as yesterdays card. For this card I have used Blueberry Bushell cardstock and some retired lace ribbon. I love this paper and didn't want to cover it up so I went simple with this card.

Path of Petals

At our Salem retreat next Saturday we are mostly using the Path of Petals stamp set. This is the set that will be included in the cost of the retreat. We will be doing 8 projects. 2 3-D projects and 6 cards. Both Tami and myself are doing 4 projects each.

This is one of my projects. I have diecut the center of the card with the largest die from the Petal Labels die set. Then I embossed it with the Scripty 3-D embossing folder. The flower is made from new Washi tape flowers that are so awesome, with one of the yellow flowers in the center.

I also love the papers with this suite, it is the Pressed Petals Specialty papers. There are some lovely patterns in this stack and they are so realistic.

Noble Peacock Designer Series Papers!

Here is a fun box we will be making at my Catalog Premier Tea Luncheon next weekend. I just absolutely love these papers!!!
