Baked With Love Class At Main St!

This little duo is my class at Main st Stamp and Stationary next tuesday the 21st. It is a little gift box and a matching card.
This is made using the Sizzix Apron box.
It would be a fun little set for a gift for someone. You could put all kinds of things in the little gift box!

Referral Thank you!

These are cards I made to give for referrals. Anyone that referred a friend to my catalog premier party got one. It is a one sided card that fits perfect in these little bags. The back is white card stock that has a hand written note thanking them for their referral and offering $5 off their next stampin up order or class.
I embossed just across the center of the bag and the dots are already on the bag. At first I was going to emboss the whole bag but it didnt fit in the embossing folder. So I just embossed across the center and really like how it turned out.
It just looks so delicate!

Last Two Projects for Catalog Premier Party!!

These are projects 5 and 6 for my catalog premier party tomorrow! I am frantically trying to finish getting ready. I still have lots to do. But it has been lots of fun doing it!
For the top card, I used the Floral Thinlits with Sweet Sugarplum and Rich Razzleberry. I also used the new bigshot plate that just came out. It is great!
I never used my plates that came with the bigshot because I didnt like to mess with the tabs. It seemed like you needed twice as much room to do anything. So I used the magnetic plate and the regular clear plates to cut, sometimes I would use the precision base plate also. But when I wanted to emboss, I would either have to pull out my cuttlebug or pull out my cuttlebug plates to use with my bigshot. Now there is a new plate. It is called Big Shot Platform. It comes with a base plate, and a skinny plate. So when you are using thinlits you use both of the plates and when you want to emboss you just take out the plate for die cutting. Its awesome!!!

Onto my second project! I used the Jar Of Love Bundle for this project! LOVE this set!!! It comes with three sizes of mason jars, a lid, water, lots of flowers, a ribbon to go around the jar, a handle, bow and even a fish!
The papers I used are the Blooms and Bliss DSP. Somehow I forgot to order  the matching stamp set for this. Its wonderful too!

More Goodie Bags!

I had to make some more goodie bags for this saturdays catalog premier party. I had extra people sign up!! So I decided to use my new papers that I just received this week. They are from the Floral Boutique dsp pack. I think they are gorgeous and elegant.
I am really looking forward to the party! I hope everyone else is too!!

Flamingo Class At Main St!

This is a class I am doing at Main St Stamp and Stationary this tuesday the 7th. I will be holding a 2:00 and 5:30 class.
These fun flamingos are used using Hero Arts Stamps and dies. I love these papers with them. They are very colorful!

Goodie Bags for the Catalog Premier Party!

Gift Of Love!

This card was made with the Gift Of Love stamp set. It is a hostess set. It is really fun to use. It is three step stamping. I used Basic Black, Melon Mambo, and Old Olive. I used retired Melon Mambo ribbon but it would be really pretty with the new Melon Mambo ribbon with the white design on it. I ordered some but am still waiting for my first order from the new catty to get here!!
I have also used the new  Pop Of Pink dsp! It is my favorite!
This is one of the cards we will be doing at the Catalog Premier Party next week!

Masculine Class Card #2

I love how this card turned out. It was so much fun to make. I loved the stamping. It seems like with all the die cuts now that there isn't a ton of stamping done. This card is lots of stamping and sponging.
It will be a card for my masculine card class coming up.
I wish I could take all the credit for this card, but I found it on Pinterest. It was done by Dawn Griffith and I think she cased it from someone else!

I used In the Meadow for the first time. I am so glad it carried over to the new catalog.

Masculine Class!

I just love this new Swirly Bird stamp and die set. It will be available starting tomorrow at Stampin Up when the new catalog goes live. I can't wait!!!

I made this card for my masculine class coming up on June 16th.  I made it as a fathers day card but it would also be a great card for the 4th of July, or even a baby boy card. The colors could be changed to any color you want. It is a very fun card to make!

Tea Party!

We had a tea party at our house a few weeks ago. It was Kati, myself and our good friend Joan.
Joan and I did some stamping in the morning and watched the last episode of Downton Abbey in the afternoon. It was a great time!
Kati made all of these goodies for us. We had two kinds of little tarts, two kinds of sandwiches, little salads in teacups with yummy Orange Poppyseed dressing. White chocolate raspberry scones with clotted cream and lemon curd, several kinds of tea to choose from and also fruit in teacups. Good thing I have so many teacups because we used three each.
Also all of the teacups and teapots we were using for the first time ever!!
We had a great time!!
For anyone that is coming to my Catalog Premier Party we will be having a tea luncheon then also!
It will probably be buffet style so not quite the same as this one!!

Playful Petals Class at Main St.

These cards are made with Penny Blacks Playful Petals die and stamp. I am holding this class tomorrow at Main St.
This die is really fun to cut and the stamp is great to stamp with also!

Pop of Pink Butterfly!

I saw this card on Pinterest and loved it. The lower picture is the original papers only changed a little bit. But I wanted to make it with papers that would be available in the new catalogue so I did that with the one in the top picture. The top one is done with the new Pop Of Pink dsp. I love those papers, my favorite color combo with gold thrown in. So it is melon mambo, basic black, white and gold.
The card uses the Botanical die set and also the butterfly die set. I am so glad the butterfly dies are being carried over into the new catty because I love those also!

Bear Hug!

I am so glad this stamp and die set is being carried over to the new catty. This is the first time I have been able to use this set. It would be perfect for fathers day, mothers day, a baby card or masculine cards etc.....   I think I am going to send this card to my Uncle. He loves to fish and I had a great time while I was visiting them in Wisconsin last month. I never send him cards even for his birthday.

Also the tree is from Perfect Pines die set and Peaceful Pines stamp set which is also being carried over into the new catty. I am really glad this set will still be available also.

Pop Of Paradise!

This card was made using the new Pop of Paradise stamp set from the new Stampin Up catalogue going live June 1st. The papers are also from the new catalogue and these papers are called Pop of Pink. (love that name!!!)
I will be having a catalogue premier party on June 11th. There will be 6 projects, goodie bags, and prizes. Also a luncheon catered by my wonderful daughter.
