Pink Butterflies!

I just love this card with all of its Pinkness! If you are a purple lover I am going to be making it in purple also soon. This will be one of the projects for the Celebrate the Annual Catalog coming up on the 21st.
I got all of my gift bags done for it yesterday and am working on one of the party favors today. Boy this cold I have is really slowing me down. I finally slept good last night and didn't wake up until almost 8 this morning. That is really late for me. I just wanted to stay in bed all day!! Its really tempting to stay in bed when I have a warm fuzzy sweet kitty laying against my legs purring away. He loves when I stay in bed!!
Anyway for this card I die cut the edges with the Delicate Lace Edgelits and then put some gorgeous Best Dressed DSP down the center.
The butterflies I found from a French SU demonstrator (I cant remember who) that did a different card with the butterflies. You take the one of the sets of Butterflies from the Butterfly Gala stamp set and stamp once with Melon Mambo and then stamp a second time before re-inking so it is 2nd generation. You have one light and one dark set of butterflies. Then with Versa Mark stamp the butterflies again on Vellum. Heat Emboss with White Embossing Powder, and punch all three sets of butterflies out using the Butterfly Duet punch. So you have three sets of butterflies. Then they are get layered on top of each other. Light butterfly, vellum butterfly and then dark butter fly on top. Then the small set of butterflies go on top of the larger when and fluff out their wings a little. Then add some kind of pretty bling on top. I have used the Frosted and Clear Epoxy droplets. I think I am going to be giving everyone a pack of these in their bags at my event.
