Hearts Come Home Bundle!

I can't believe its been about 2 weeks since my last posting! I have been so busy with everything.
Last weekend was the retreat in Union, WA. It was absolutely amazing. The view was awesome! The weather was awesome! We were in the Chapel at St Andrews Resort. So I guess you could say we were truly blessed!!! LOL!
These cards are made using the Hearts Come Home Bundle. These dies are so awesome you really don't need much else!
The black and white card is cased from Sandi McIver! She does awesome work. If you get the chance you should check out her blog!
The bottom card is cased right out of the new Holiday catalog. And I got the idea for the tag card out of the holiday catalog also and combined it with this weeks Sketch Saturday sketch.
All of the cards were lots of fun to make! The black and white card uses gold foil paper to light up the windows but the bottom card I used Gold Glimmer Paper to light up the windows.
At our retreat it was mostly based around the new Embossing Paste.
So I have used the Embossing Paste and glitter for snow on two of these cards!
If you would like to make these cards, I am having a class next tuesday September 5th.
Also if you would like to order any of these wonderful items just leave me a comment or contact me by email!

Another Purse!

When I made the banner I had to pay several packs of these papers. It is the Whole Lot of Lovely Dsp pack. I wanted to use up some of the other papers and needed a project for next weeks retreat. So I started making this purse. I was thinking I don't know if I'm going to like this. But I actually love the way it turned out.
Plus I have had these pearls forever and they never seem to fit anything I do but I love them for this purse!

Create Banner!

This is a banner I made for Marketplace at the retreat I am going to in Union, Wa next week.
I can't believe its next week already! Yikes!!
I used the Large Letters dies, the Layering Oval dies, both of the butterfly sets and a couple of punches. Also I used the Oh So Lovely DSP.
It turned out to be a lot of work to make 10 kits for these so I hope they go will at the retreat!

Carols of Christmas!

Here are my cards for the Carols of Christmas class coming up on Tuesday August 22nd. We will be using the Carols of Christmas Bundle that is available for pre order all this month.
One of the cards is not a Christmas card to show that the dies with this Bundle doesn't have to be all about Christmas.

So if you would like to order this Bundle or sign up for this class just leave me a comment or send me an email!

Happy 30th!

Here is a birthday card I made for Katis 30th birthday coming up on the 10th. She said I'm not 30 I'm only 29! I told her I would make it 29 from now on!
I used the Beautiful Bouquet bundle for this card. So many flower stamps and dis in this set. I just love it. I stamped the flowers in white and then added some Wisteria Wonder with my marker.
Each little flower has a rhinestone in the center.
I also used the Number of Years bundle for the Happy Birthday and 30th plus the number 30.

Feathery Friends!

I had to go to the bathroom at Kohls the other day and it is back by the Hallmark cards. On the way out I saw a cute card and it made me think of this little bird.
This little bird comes from a hostess set called Feathery Friends. There are two cute birds and two flowers. I can't remember what else. I stamped the little bird and flowers and then colored them with my SU Watercolor Pencils and my clear Wink of Stella!
So if you place a $150 order you can get this adorable set for free! You can place an order thru my online store or just leave me a comment!

Graduation Girl!

Kati's graduation was officially in June but she had one term left to do. She completed that this last thursday. I surprised her with balloons and this card yesterday.
We had the emblem of her school made up for us at Main St Stamp and Stationary for scrapbooking.
I used her school colors for the card and the balloons!

Scrabble Anyone!?

I had to wait until I gave these to friends I made them for. They are obviously made with Scrabble pieces. I saw some done when I went to a cool antique store in Gearhart.
I used Blushing Bride Glimmer paper and the Very Vanilla Lace ribbon.
I think they would make fun name tags also!
