Monogrammed Double Pocket Purse Box!

Here is a Monogrammed Double Pocket Purse box I made. This will be for Marketplace at the retreat in August in Union, WA. I also did this same project in all black and white for Main St last week.
The original purse was done by Cinder Papercraft and you can find the you tube video here . She has some great projects.
I have used the Very Vintage stamp set, Large Letter Alphabet die set, Petal Promenade Designer Series Papers, Pink Glimmer Paper, Blushing Bride and Very Vanilla cardstock.
Its pretty easy to make. I will be using all 4 designs of the papers when making up the kits for marketplace. I love all the papers so much in this set.
This project comes with 4 cards with decorated envelopes and a decorated notepad.

Too Much?? Or Not??

I'm not very good at Collage projects. But I saw this on facebook and had to give it a try. The original was done by Betty Ann Corbin. That's all I really know about her. But hers is gorgeous so here is mine version of it!
I think if I did it again I would put it on a little bigger canvas with the same amount of die cuts. Except for the doily everything on this is a die cut or punch. Oh, of course not the rhinestones and pearls of course.
I used some of the new beautiful pink glimmer paper to give it a little sparkle. There are lots of different dies on this project.
Let me know if you think its too much or not!!

Tropical Chic!

Here is a fun little tropical card I cased from Sandi McIver . She has some great projects. She is a Stampin Up demonstrator in Canada that use to live here in the Portland area. I never got to meet her but I love her videos! I changed this card just a teeny bit. This will be one of the projects for the Catalog Premier Tea Luncheon coming up this Saturday! The date is almost here and I have been working like crazy to get ready for it. I will be really busy this week finishing up the projects, cleaning house, setting up and lots more.
If I have any of the kits left for this project I think I will be adding a pink flamingo to mine. I sure wish there was a die for that flamingo tho!!
This card was made with the new Tropical Chic Suite, There is a bundle with stamps and dies, these cool designer papers and the ribbon. Its a great bundle and as soon as I saw it I wanted to pair it with the flamingo set. So keep on the look out for it!!

The dies even work with some of the papers. So you can die cut the little animals right out of the papers and its already colored for you!
Also we will be doing this card at the Catalog Premiere Tea Luncheon next week!
Contact me to get this awesome bundle or go to my online store here .

There is still one spot available at the luncheon next week!!

Linda Parkers Purse!

I found this purse on You tube. It is made by Linda Parker. She has some of the best videos on You tube. I just love these papers. They are the Garden Impressions papers from the new Stampin Up catalog. Also the dies are the Springtime Impressions dies. This whole suite is my most favorite thing in the whole new catalog I think!!
Check out Linda on You tube and make your own gorgeous purse. This purse is even big enough to hold a whole set of cards!
If you would like any of these products or a new catalog just let me know and I can hook you up!

Lily Pad Lake

Here are some cards I made using the LilyPad Lake Bundle. If you purchase the dies and stamp set together you get 10% off. That's like free shipping right!! If you would like to purchase this bundle or any other Stampin Up products you can visit my online store here!

This is a very versatile set. Its fun to play with! I am thinking that one of these cards will be on the menu for the Catalog Premier Tea Luncheon coming up on June 30th. I really need to get to figuring out what I am doing so I can get supplies ordered!
There is still one spot left for this event!!
The bottom card is a shaker card. I may have gotten a little carried away with my little beads. But you know its always in my opinion a little hard to tell how its going to look until you turn it over. By that time its too late because you have the top on. If you turn it over before the top is on of course you wont have anything left!!

Abstract Impressions!

I have been having some fun working with new products from the new Annual Stampin Up Catalog over the last month or more. You can see in the top picture a lot of my new projects. My Autumn Banner, a gift bag and matching card. Lots of cards. I have also made a fun little box with cards in it and am working on a Purse Stationary Box.

For this set of projects, I have used the Abstract Impressions Stamp set. This is a photopolymer three step stamp set. I love photopolymer stamps. They are so fun to work with. It really spoils me when I have to use a rubber stamp set.

I made the card on the right and the matching gift bag. Now I just need something fun to go in the gift bag! The card on the left I made into a Sympathy card. I found a card like this on Pinterest and it took me to Splitcoast Stampers. You can find the original card I found here .  It wasn't using Stampin Up products and the cross was just stamped on it in brown ink. So I thought of this set and the cross. The cross is from the Cross of Hope Framelits set. It is so pretty diecut in gold foil paper and then it is backed with Gorgeous Grape cardstock. I have used the new Gorgeous Grape ribbon on it. I just love this ribbon!

The card and the matching gift bag were designed by Connie Babbert . If you click on her name it will take you right to her blog. Sometimes I really try for my own designs but other times I see such awesome projects I just have to remake them!!

The card and gift bag are have the Tranquil Textures Designer Papers. They go so pretty with these colors. The colors are Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape, also Mint Macaroon. I have added a little of my own twist to these two projects. I have used the Host set Very Vintage, adding the butterfly and the lace doily in the background.

I hope you have enjoyed these projects!

Tea Box Holder!

This is a little tea box holder. You can put loose tea in the boxes or tea bags. It is a project I am doing for the retreat in Union, Wa coming up in August. I used the new Tea Room Specialty Papers in the New Annual Stampin Up catalog.
I just love these papers! They are so gorgeous. I have also used the Pop of Petals bundle. It comes with a stamp set and a punch in this bundle.
The yummy colors of cardstock are my new favorite the returning Coastal Cabana and Rich Razzleberry.
I used the leaf punch to make the leaves.

Abstract Impressions!

Yeah! The new catalog goes live today! I cant wait to order this afternoon!!
I was browsing thru Pinterest yesterday looking for some samples with the Abstract Impressions stamp set. I found a fun video you can check out by Jaimie . She makes this card three times from simple, to a little more involved adding dimensions and layers.
This is my version of it. I used the Wood Textures Designer Papers and ran it thru with the Pine Wood Planks Embossing Folder for some texture. I am using Lovely Lipstick cardstock. For the image I used the Abstract Impressions stamp set. This is a fun stamp set that is Photopolymer. I love it. It is a very similar version to one stampin up used to have.
I found a fun color combo for it. I added two colors that Jaimie didn't use. I have stamped the colors and shown them. They are Flirty Flamingo, which has gone from an In color to a permanent color in the Brights Family, Poppy Parade which also a returning color and one of the new In Colors for this year Lovely Lipstick. What I didn't show on my sample is I also added Real Red to my flowers. I have used a new doily cut in half across the bottom and added a ribbon and bow with the new Lovely Lipstick ribbon. The greeting "Birthday Wishes" is from the new Varied Vases stamp set. My greens for the stems are returning Coastal Cabana and a new In Color Call Me Clover!
This was a really fun card to make. Sometimes its fun to just get back to the basics of stamping!!
