Christmas Gleaming Bundle!

This card was cased from the Stampin Up Holiday catalog. I changed the papers a little because I wanted to use up some of the Peacock Foil papers I have quite a bit of. I also added the bow and changed one of the ornaments. I wanted o give it a little more brightness than the original.
It is made using the Brightly Gleaming Bundle, which is a stamp set and two ornament bunches. If yo buy these together you can get them for 10% off.
I have punched one of the ornaments from copper foil paper and embossed it with the Tufted Embossing folder. I love the embossing folders because they add so much texture to your projects.
This ribbon is gorgeous also. It comes with this suite and is called Classic Weave Ribbon which does not give the ribbon justice. It is so pretty and has Merry Christmas embossed in copper on it.

Mercury Glass Acetate!

So since I've gone back to work I seem to be having a hard time keeping up on my blog. But I also have booked myself with quite a few classes so the prep time also takes up a lot of time.

Next Saturday the 28th is my 3rd Annual (I think) Holiday Catalog Premier Party. This is one of the cards we will be making. It is using Mercury Glass Acetate. I have no idea what Mercury Glass is but I think it is very pretty! I have used Silver Glimmer Paper over the Pretty Peacock Foil Paper from the Noble Peacock Foil sheets pack under the Silver Glimmer Paper and Pretty Peacock cardstock under the acetate. This card is made using the Bells Are Ringing Bundle. If you purchase the stamps and dies together you get 10% off.

Let It Snow!

Here is a fun card I made for my upcoming Holiday Catalog Premier Party on the 28th of this month. I only have two weeks left and have to get crazy on my designs and prep work.
My little helper is in the lower picture. He sometimes like to sit close to me but not very often. Usually he is just running Kiki off the other chair opposite me and sitting there. But hes my little sweety.
So I cant give you lots of details for this card. I don't want to give away any secrets before everyone has a chance to make one.
But it was a fun card to make and very easy!

3 Pocket Halloween Card

Well, I was going to have all of my Halloween projects up sooner. But two things happened. One I decided to use the yummy gold ribbon on two of my projects and had to wait for it to get here and two I had computer problems and had to send my computer to Salem for Dan to look at it for me.

So here is another card we will doing at our Halloween class next Wednesday. I saw a You Tube video done by Mixed Up Crafts. She has some great videos. She used a gardening kit with papers and stickers to make this triple pocket card. So I decided I wanted to make a Halloween triple pocket card and this is what I came up with.

Its a fun card to make and you could put lots of things in the pockets. I put tags in my pockets. I was hoping they kind of looked like tombstones but not sure if they do or not.

My gold tinsel ribbon is from the Most Wonderful Time of Year Medley 150705. This is the second Medley Stampin Up has come out with this year. The first one I believe was in May and it was the Rosy Medley. It had the most gorgeous papers ever. But the Medleys come with a stamp and matching die set, 48 sheets of gorgeous papers some sticker die cuts, ribbon and more. 

I think I will do a posting just on the Most Wonderful Time of Year Medley just because it is awesome. They Medleys are a little spendy although this one is a little less than the last one. BUT they come with ALOT of stuff and you can make oodles of projects with them.

Boo to You!

I think these guys are so stinkin cute!! I have used the new Boo To You stamp set that is in the holiday catalog. It comes with 3 cute critters and two sentiments.
I have also used the pretty Monster Bash designer series paper. The Wicked is a new die set that comes with the word and a spider die called Wicked Dies. There are also some cute multi colored googley eyes available all in the Holiday catalog going live tomorrow!

Cup of Christmas!

Cutest Coffin!

Isnt this the cutest little coffin ever? Its from the new Spooktacular Bash Suite from Stampin Up Holiday Catalog that goes live on September 4th.
I'm not a real Halloween fan but I love Halloween fun stamping stuff. These little coffins are precut and scored for you and you get 12 in a pack. I love how the ribbon fits so will so your coffin looks satin lined. These are going to be part of my Halloween class next week. I wont say if everyone will be making one or just getting one but I had a blast making this one.
