This Little Piggy!

I made this little piggy card for a co worker. She loves pigs and collects them. She has never stamped before and is interested in this set so I made her this card.
I have a drawer with some left over die cuts and flowers in it so I pulled out some things and put this card together. I think he turned out really cut.

Retreat Card #3!

Here is another card we are doing at the retreat on Saturday. I love this foil paper. It comes three colors to a pack, Old Olive, Pretty Peacock and Blueberry Bushell. It also comes in a specialty set that is foil paper also but has designs on it. They are both gorgeous. I have also used the Pressed Petals designer papers for this and the awesome Embossing and die sets called Heirloom Frames and Dies and 3-D Embossing Folders.
They make an awesome pair combined with the foil papers.

Same stamps, same papers. This is another card made with the same supplies as yesterdays card. For this card I have used Blueberry Bushell cardstock and some retired lace ribbon. I love this paper and didn't want to cover it up so I went simple with this card.

Path of Petals

At our Salem retreat next Saturday we are mostly using the Path of Petals stamp set. This is the set that will be included in the cost of the retreat. We will be doing 8 projects. 2 3-D projects and 6 cards. Both Tami and myself are doing 4 projects each.

This is one of my projects. I have diecut the center of the card with the largest die from the Petal Labels die set. Then I embossed it with the Scripty 3-D embossing folder. The flower is made from new Washi tape flowers that are so awesome, with one of the yellow flowers in the center.

I also love the papers with this suite, it is the Pressed Petals Specialty papers. There are some lovely patterns in this stack and they are so realistic.

Fun Fold Bird Class!

Here is a fun class coming up on July 17th. I have used the Free As A Bird suite for 2 of the cards and the Mosaic Patterned paper for the third card.

Noble Peacock Designer Series Papers!

Here is a fun box we will be making at my Catalog Premier Tea Luncheon next weekend. I just absolutely love these papers!!! These come in 3 colors with three different patterns and there are also matching foil papers and some awesome rhinestones to match that you can see on here. For the fun little die cuts I put around the stitched and the word friend I used the Well Written Dies. These have a lot of different words and some fun shapes in them.

Another Magnolia Card!

This is a card I Cased right off the front of the annual catalog. I'm not sure what flowers the catalog used. I thing they fussy cut them out of the Magnolia Lane Dsp also but this is the flower I choose. The background was a little plain so I embossed the little leaves on it. I don't emboss very often but love the look of the white embossing on the Crumb Cake cardstock.
This card is using almost all of the Good Morning Magnolia suite I believe. I am missing the Mossy Meadow thread and the embossing folder that comes with this suite.

Good Morning Magnolia Bundle!

The new Stampin Up annual Catalog went live yesterday. There are some great products in it and it also has a new layout. For instance the first few pages show all the bundles and then they are listed separately again as a suite. The suites are a three page layout for each one and in each different section it is shown there are different samples using the products so lots of inspiration in this catalog.

Today I am showing a card using the Good Morning Magnolia Bundle. This is one of the cards we will be making at class next Tuesday. This is a great set. I am actually using some retired ribbon. The petal pink ribbon I wanted to use is on backorder so when it comes in I will be swapping this ribbon out for the new ribbon. It is some very elegant ribbon.

The papers in this bundle are gorgeous and so is everything else!

Graphic 45 Bloom Stationary Kit!

Here is a project I made for a class at Main St Stamp and Stationary. It is so popular I am having to do two classes.

I just love these papers. They are from the Bloom collection from Graphic 45.

Sorry some of my photos are a little wonky. 

This project includes one stationary box, 6 cards, 4 tags, a notebook and I put a chocolate bar in the third pocket!

Retiring Half Full Stamp Set!

I've been wanting to use this set for about 2 years now. Its retiring in just a few days so I figured I had better get on it. This set is the Half Full set. It is partially a Christmas set. But I like the part of it that is not Christmas. I have also use some retiring papers to go with it. It could be an Anniversary card but I wanted it to just be a friends card.

This will be one of the projects we will be doing tomorrow at our 2nd monthly event called Happy Stampin Crafting Event. It is at The Pepper Mill Restaurant on Farmington in Beaverton. You come and make cards, hang out with friends and have breakfast or lunch at the restaurant. We will be having between 12 and 15 projects to choose from tomorrow!

Beach Happy!

Here are two projects we will be making at class next Wednesday May 8th. The class is featuring the stamp set Beach Happy. This set is from the Occasions catalog which is still available until May 31st. I believe this is a retiring set.
