I am such a paper hoarder. These bags were made with the Ornate Gardens Designer Series papers. You can find them at my online store here. This will take you right to the papers.
The little bags are about 4" wide across the bottom and 4" tall. They are 1 1/2" wide. You could put a gift card in there with some candy or many other things. I found the pattern to this bag on Pinterest but of course now I cant find the link. But there are tons of adorable little bags out there.
