This is the Playful Pet Suite in the new Annual Stampin Up catalog. It is a fun set. It really reminds me of the Disney Movie Lady and the Tramp.
I thought for this card is the dog is saying "Happy Birthday" and the cat says "You shouldn't have, but I'm glad you did". So I put the papers with the kitties toys on the bottom and the paper with the dog toys on the top. There are also some cut little hearts and dog bone Trinkets.
You can get the whole suite with one item# which includes the stamps, dies, designer series papers, ribbon combo pack and the little trinkets. The whole suite is $67 using item# 154136.
