Isnt this the cutest little guy ever?? He is Birthday Rascal and he is a digital image from Di's Digi Downloads.
I just love him. I have used more new papers from the stampin up Occasions Mini catty that will be available next week. I love these papers also.
I colored him with copic markers and used a greeting from Verve. The ribbons are all stampin up also. I made the flowers with some marvy punches and added some rhinestones.
