Waves of Inspiration Bundle!

These are two great masculine cards. I gave the top card to my hubby for our anniversary. The bottom card is going to my boss for his birthday next month.

The bottom card I cased from Creating with Melva. She is a Stampin Up demonstrator in Canada.  The top card is from Jan B. I get lots of inspiration from Jan B. She is awesome. If you do a search on Youtube both of these gals are easy to find.

These cards were made using the Waves of Inspiration Suite. The stamps and dies are a sneek peak out of the annual catalog and the foil papers which come in Pacific Point, Coastal Cabana and silver, the designer series papers and some beautiful gems are as supplies last. They will not be in the Annual catalog which is too bad because they are awesome!

Happy Hedgehog Bundle And Annual Catalog Retiring List!

This is the cutest card ever! I cased these cards from Stamping With Jilli. I changed them just a bit.

These cards are made using the Happy Hedgehog bundle (stamps and punch) from Stampin up and the Flowering Fields dsp. I just love these papers. They are my favorite out of this catalog.

The card with all the critters are for a coworker. I made the inside say from all of us. Its not one I am showing here. I made three of these cards all together.

As a demonstrator we get to see the catalogs when they come out a month before everyone else. So we got a pdf of it yesterday and there is some cool new things coming out in the New Annual Catalog that goes live on May 2nd. Lots of gorgeous papers on the way, new In-Colors and fun embellishments. Tons of fun stuff!

Also the retiring list came out from the old catalog. You can check out the retiring list here.

Stampin Up Mini Jam Jars!

I had two boxes of these little jam jars and knew the catalog is ending soon so I better get them used up.  So I went searching on pinterest and found this cute little idea. Its the ingredients for a cake in a mug. I thought it was a fun little change and I didnt even have to go to the store to get candies to put in this project.

You can find all the information here.

They were quick and easy to make and I put the directions in the little card that goes with it.

Stampin Up Dahlia Days Bundle!

Here are some pretty cards I made using the Dahlia Days bundle. Stamping and die cutting all the flowers and leaves took a bit of time. The first card did too, but after that the second card went together pretty quickly.

I found this on Youtube. It was a video by Jan B. She found a christmas one like it from a gal in Japan.

It was really pretty too.

More Tulips!

Here is another card made using the Tulip dies from Stampin Up. Its the first time I have used this part of die set. For three of these tulips there is a wrap around die which is pretty cool. I have started with Basic White cardstock and inked the edges with Polished Pink ink. I love how this card turned out. But of course it is my favorite color.

On The Horizon Bundle and Belated Birthday Celebration!

Yesterday my sister Tami came over for a crafting day and a Belated B!

birthday celebration for me. My birthday was actually last month. I spent 7 hours in the airport for a trip we didnt get to go on.

Tami brought over this adorable birthday cake. She made the greeting that goes on top. She also made this adorable cross stitched sampler. I love anything tea related. Some day Kati and I want to open our own teashoppe. This picture also has my two most favorite colors and gold sparkles. What more could a girl ask for in a picture??? She spent a whole month working on this sampler picture for me!

On to my cards. I just love this new designer series paper pack from Stampin Up.  The paper is called New Horizons. There is also a stamp and die set/bundle to go with this sweet. I have seen so many samples done with these papers. They are so gorgeous and fun!

You can check them out at my online store here.

Multi Tiered Cards!

These cards are fun to make. I think you will probably have to make your own envelope or box to put them in because they are a little different in size. They do fold flat for that is nice.

I saw a beautiful Christmas card on a blog I follow. There werent any dimensions so I just googled it and found a card like it on You tube. So after I had the dimensions then I decided to design my own from there.

I did the flowered card first. I just love how it turned out. Its pretty colors and very sparkly. Then I decided to make a masculine version of it because it is my cousins birthday this month and I wanted to send it to him. So I made the lighthouse version of the card.

They are a little time consuming to make. If you were using cutouts that were in a kit or something it would be alot quicker.

I think these cards are Otterly Terrific!!!

I cased these cards from Lynn Dunn at Stamptasticdesigns.com.

HoneyBee Stamps!

I made this card using some new Honeybee products. I saw a couple of sample cards on their blog and was in love. This is the first card I came up with. This is a card for a special friends birthday coming up later this month.

This stamp set is like a 4 step set, there are also dies. For the edge and middle of the card I used a gorgeous die set that comes with matching stencils.

The stamps are the Antique Layering Roses and matching dies. The border and center die I used are Lace A2 Cover Plate dies and Layered Lace Stencils. The border isnt really a border tho. I only used it as a border but it is actually a rectangle die.

Nuts About Squirrels Treat Boxes!

I just love these little guys and am really glad they are carrying over! I found a tutorial from Kitchen table Stamper. She made her own box and it fit the treat she was putting in it.

I didnt want to do that. I wanted to use up these boxes and there were exactly enough for all the girls in my next class. So, I did the same topper that she used only put it on the boxes.

Fun Fold Card

Here is a fun fold card I made. It was originally done by France Martin at Frenchie stamps. It is a fun card and pretty easy to make. It is usually the beautiful Expressions in Ink papers and the Artistically Inked stamp sets. These papers are absolutely gorgeous. They have been hard to get. It seems like in ever catalog there is one set of papers that seem to be on backorder thru almost the whole catalog. I have a hunch on what it is going to be in the Spring mini but will wait and see if I am right or not.

Hello Ladybug!

Here are a couple of pictures of the little bit of snow we have recieved in the last couple of days at our house. It hardly ever snows here but of course it has to snow right before we are going to fly out on vacation. It is actually supposed to snow a bit in Minnesota/Wisconsin and we have about a 2 hour drive to get there. So we are going to have some fun driving in the snow,

On to my card! This is the cutest little ladybug stamp set. I just love it! I have used some of the Host pattern papers from the Annual Catalog. Its called Pattern Party and comes with 48 sheets of fun papers. It is free with a qualifying purchase. You can see it on page 171 in the annual catalog.

I saw the ladybugs in blushing bride in the new Spring mini catalog going live on January 4th and decided I wanted pink ladybugs. I made up 4 of them and left them on my table. The next day they were scattered on the floor and so I thought they must have stuck to one of the kitties feet as they were walking across my table. But the next day I saw one of the Kitties swiping some on the floor clear into the living room and realized it was one of my ladybugs. So I guess he thought it was a real ladybug.

I die cut one of the pretty circles from the Encircled in Beauty die set and layered my ladybugs on it. I punched out some of the wings and used them for leaves. The words are from the Hello Ladybug stamp set also.

The stamp set and punch can also be purchased as a bundle and you can save 10%. This will be available starting January 4th.

I like how this card turned out and think it is fun.

Another Daffodil DayDream Card!

Here is another card I made using the Daffodil Daydream Bundle. I cased this card out of the catalog and added a couple of my own touches to it.

You can see beside my card my new little Gnomie that I got for Christmas and part of another one. You can see a little pink of the hidden Gnomie, it is very cute and his little legs stretch to make it taller.

I hope you all had a Very Merry Christmas.  We got a little snow here but not much! But thats okay because Kati and I are flying out to Wisconsin in a few days and want the airport to be open!!

Daffodil DayDream Bundle and Merry Christmas

This card is made with the Daffodil DayDream Bundle out of the new Stampin Up Spring Mini catalog.

The papers are in the new Sale A Bration catalog. Both of these catalogs go live on January 4th 2022. If you purchase the Daffodil DayDream bundle you can earn the papers for free. They bundle for the stamps and dies is $54.75 before s&h and the papers are free with a $50 order!

How exciting is that??

There are so many great colors in this paper pack. I had a hard time deciding which color to layer with it. I finally decided on Flirty Flamingo. I haven't used it for awhile so I decided to do it. For the actual daffodils I die cut them with Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry. Now a days it seems like daffodils come in all kinds of colors so it would be fun to make them in lots of other colors.

For my card, this is called a Fold Flat Box Card. You can go onto You tube and find all different ones. So I went and found the dimensions and then designed my own. It has a belly band around it when its closed. You could use ribbon also. Then you slide the belly band off and the card opens like a box. It fits in a regular size envelope (as long as you dont put too much dimension in the box) but its just I think a quarter inch shorter than a regular card.

Merry Christmas Everyone!
