| Tilda With Big Ribbon Here is one of my new Tildas. Just came in the mail on friday. She is Tilda With Big Ribbon. I think she is really cute. I may have added too much pink with this card but Oh Well! What can I say? I was working on my kits for the magnolia kit swap I joined. I have never done a swap like this before. I signed up for two kits in this swap. So I spent my morning putting them together. You have to have 2 sheets of designer papers. One sheet of cardstock, 24" of ribbon and 4-6 embellishments. All for 6 cards each. Then we get 5 sets back, I think! Oh, also three stamped images. Also if you want you could make a project yourself and add a picture of it with the kit. So I decided to do that and this is what I came up with . I used a sketch from Sunday Sketch and Stamp. Then I went with the challenge from Magnolici lious Highlites pink, silver, white and hearts. The sentiment is again from a Verve set, Circular Sayings. I really love this set for this size of sentiment. I just forget to use it alot. Too many stamps you think? No Way! The designer papers are from Stampin Up and the pink cardstock is bazzil. The ribbon is Raspberry Fizz from Papertrey Ink. There are some misc embellishments. The rhinestone butterfly, flower and dew drops. I used the heart nesties also. Happy Stamping! Stamper Gyrl! |

| Marvin w/ Daisies Do you remember Marvin? He was around at Halloween on a couple of cards. Now he is back for the spring. I think he is so cute. He is a digital image from The Stamping Bazaar. I used the sketch from Creative Inspirations for this card. It is their challenge for this week. I found a new challenge that has to be animals only over at Fuzzy Wuzzy. Their challenge was for the card to be birthday wishes. Crafty Catz challenge is plaid or tartan this week. I used this purple plaid digital paper. Unfortunately I cant remember where I got it. And for the last challenge for this card was to use Kraft cardstock at Little Red Wagon. So I hope you enjoy Marvin. I think he is adorable. I colored him with copic markers and glittered the flowers. Also I used Grape Crush cardstock and ribbon from Stampin Up. I think my "Kraft" cardstock is actually Sahara Sand. The sentiment is from Verve. I used my nestibilities and you cant see it very well but in the left hand corner there is a sahara sand circle that I embossed with an embossing folder out of the cupcake set from cuttlebug that is some cool flowers. | Tilda Spreads Love Here is Tilda Spreads Love again. I guess she just has alot of love to go around! I colored her with copic markers and added a little bit of glitter pen to her. You cant see the charm on the lower left very well but it just spells out love. It came as a little thankyou with an order I placed from Stamp and Create. They are currently in Florida but I think getting ready to move. I know she has been very busy with this so I thought my order would take a while to get here. But I think I got it in three days. I was pleasantly surprised. I had ordered a few Valentine Stamps they had on sale. Very cute too. For this card today I was trying for the Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge of red, white and pink. I know there are a few other colors in there but I tried to keep it down. For the sketch for this card I went with 2 Sisters Challenge Blog. You can check them out to see all their great creations. But actually then I realized I was a month behind. My link is one of those that goes to the day I saved it too my favorites. But check them out anyway.
