Bella Week #4

Here is card #4 of my bella week. I know I just did this card last week but I change the papers and colors. Also I added ribbons instead of the paper strips and taylor dots. This layout was a tayloredexpression cupcake challenge. You can look back a week or so to get the exact #. Which reminds me I need to zip over to Taylors blog and check out her cupcake sketch this today, since it is friday!

Week of Bellas 3

Bella of the Week Day 2

Good Tuesday Morning to Everyone!
Boy has it been cold here. Its only in the 30's but the wind chill must be dropping the temp quite a bit cuz its cold!
Here's my second bella for this week. I like her because I think the black really sets off all the colors. She is ready for a party with cupcake in hand. Thats my kind of girl.

annoucements I made and held her the whole time I was there. Isnt she just adorable. She is
a little sweetie. Her mommie says she wants to be held all the time so mommie is still not getting

Bella Week

Hello Everyone!
Well, the weekend is over and tomorrow is
monday. We are having our postponed Christmas
party at work tho. (It was postponed due to snow.) So that will start the week off with some
fun.

I have decided to make this week a Stamping Bella week. I will be putting a new Bella card on here for every posting this week. Probably not every day since I only have 5 and this is the 1st one.
I made this card for an invite to a stamping club at my house next month. I thought it would be a fun card and very approriate for a stamp club. What do you think?
Supplies: Stamps-stampingbella and bella sentiment(it didnt have a name on the package)
Ink: Basic Black (I use adirondack pitch black for copics) and copic markers.
Paper: Su pink passion and summer sun. Also DS Bobunny Teen Chic Squared.
Embellishments: Misc ribbon (dont remember from where) su punches and some dew drops and cool rhinestone flowers I got from my favorite local scrapbook store.

Another Cupcake Card

Hello! Happy friday! Oops, I guess its not friday for everyone but it is my friday! Yeah!
I made this card with the new Karen Lockhart violet cupcake stamp. I am a little disappointed it doesnt show as much as I would like tho. Dont you just love her stamps? And what better place is there to get them then at Ellen Hutsons store? Shes the best.
Supplies used were Basic Grey Euphoria, stampin up certainly celery and retired eggplant. (I really stocked up on that before it retired.) I also used papertrey ink's plum pudding satin ribbon. I added some crystal effects with glitter on the flower but that doesnt show up very well.
My stamps are violet cupcake and happy birthday by Karen Lockhart. Oh, also some dew drops.

Cupcakeabella

Hello Everyone! Happy Monday!
This is a card I did this weekend with cupcakeabella by stamping bella. Isnt she cute? Wouldnt it be great if that was really how cupcakes went to the hips and not the real way. I love cupcakes and its alot less fattening to buy cupcake stamps then the actual cupcakes. When our daughter was home visiting for the holidays she made some yummy cupcakes with pink cream cheese frosting. They were the best. She left me her frosting recipe. It has the actual heavy whipping cream in it and it is sooooooo yummy. I wish she was here to make me some more cuz I miss her like craaaazy.

New Grandniece

Here are my two grandnieces. Arent they the cutest every. You can tell Ashley is very happy with her new little cousin Brooklyn. I hope to go see them next week too and get better pictures. I am making birth annoucements for my niece as a baby gift. I am planning on printing the full annoucement on it for her so she wont have to fill them out herself.

I hope she likes them. I am using some of my Gina K stamps for the very 1st time.

I also made a couple of other cards this weekend I will post later this week. One is with cupcakeabella from stampinbg bella and the other is with one of the new karen lockhart stamps I got from www.ellenhutson.com that is the cupcake with the little violets in it.

Big Shot and Doctor Bag

Hello!

I had day 2 of 3 stamping day today. I dont know how tomorrow will go. My hubby and friends were supposed to go riding to the Gorge but there are supposed to be 50 mile an hour winds, so they might not go. Of course I can still stamp but its not the same as having the house to myself. Also today after stamping with my sister, I went to the hospital to see my new grandniece. She was born yesterday. She was 2 1/2 weeks early. She weighs almost 6 lbs and is adorable. Her name is Brooklyn Grace. I love her name. I will post a picture of her and my 10yr old grandniece who is Brooklyns cousin tomorrow. I will also have a picture or two of cards I have worked on this weekend. I have almost finished 4 sets.

Anyway, about my title for today. I am selling my bigshot. I bought it because I was told by two separate ladies that the sizzix dies would not fit into my cuttlebug. But guess what? They do. The long ones wont but I dont use them. So( a light in my head just came on) I will sell them too. I also have the doctors bag. I had to have it cuz it was pink and black, checkered and polka dots. All the great things in one. But they are just all sitting on the floor gathering dust and I figure it will be easier to sell if I sell them together.

So if anyone is interested just leave me a comment with your email address and we can discuss prices. I will have to figure out what I want to sell it for.

I made this card for taylors cupcake challenge for today TECC51.

I think this would be a fun card to send to lots of people who are on the computer all day but you want to send them more than just an email. I think I am on a bella kick lately. I have lots more stamped but need to do something with them.

Sorry, No Pics today!

I dont have any cards to show today. I am excited. I have the next three days off and plan on lots of stamping. I am stamping with my bff Alice tomorrow. Then on saturday I am going to stamp with my sister. I also have a gift card for Craft Warehouse and a full punch card for my favorite scrapbooking store in Salem ( where my sis lives). The scrapbooking store now carrys Nestibilites!!!!! So with a full punch card you get $15 off any none sales items. So that pays for more than 1/2 a set of nesties. There are still so many I need!!! Then on sunday my hubby is going on a motorcycle ride with his buddies. ( I know he's crazy its the middle of winter. But he is also one of those guys that wears shorts all year, so what can I say.) But that means I have the whole house to myself and get to stamp stamp stamp!!!!! Yeah! I do have to do the laundry but the rest of the house work is done. I hope I can sleep tonight. I feel like those two little kids on that disneyland commercial that are too excited to sleep cuz they are leaving for disneyland. Except I have my disneyland in my own home. How lucky am I!

Valentine's Color Contest

Here is a card I made for Ellens contest at http://www.ellenhutson.com/. It was to use any colors you think are valentines colors, use a karen lockhart stamp and use inchies. I love!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for looking. I am learning about setting up my blog from my hubbies coworker and my next project is to learn how to make my pictures better. My daughter tried to show me when she was home but some things are just harder to absorb than others.

Oh, I also used crystal effects from su on my inchies and threw on some glitter but it literally looks like I threw it on, so that didnt work quite the way I wanted but it still adds some bling to it.

Hannah's Snowbunny

Hello Everyone!
Well, its monday and work is done for the day, so we are into another week. This is a card I did using Hannahs snowbunny. Isnt she cute. She likes pink as much as I do. The card ended up being 5 x 7. I cut a piece of scratch paper the size of the plaid layer to see how everything fit before I did anything else. I usually make 6-10 cards at a time. Sometimes I just go crazy and start cutting everything and then say ops, this isnt going to work.
I hope you all like her. I glittered her hood, both pair of gloves and the heart by the word ski bunny.

Hello everyone!
Here is a card I did using kittyabella from stamping bella. I have an order coming from them I can hardly wait to get. Anyways, I made the two kittys to match out kitties. The white one is Sam T. Gray. The T stands for trouble. Cuz he is always looking for trouble. The orange one is Kitten Little. But Kitten Little weighs 18 lbs. Of course the bella girl has red hair like me.

I ordered from Emma's paperie last friday. I received the order already today. She was quick.
My order also came practically gift wrapped with a chocolate and a 10% off my next order coupon.
I received cool cupcake stamps. (I got addicted to cupcakes by following Taylors blog-www.tayloredexpressions.blogspot.com.). I also received some cool cupcake ribbon and some designer papers. Emma's paperie is great.

Hello! I cased this card from Michelle Wooderson. I love her blog. It is very inspirational for me.

I needed a quick card for a coworkers birthday. We share the same birthday.

I am exhausted today. We took our daughter to the airport last night. Her visit with us is over. I miss her terribly already. We didnt get home from the airport until 4 am this morning. Luckily, I always take the next day after she leaves off work. It snowed like crazy all the way there and was very snowy in seattle on the way home.

TECC48/Taylors challenge

My 1st sketch challenge. This is from tayloredexpressions #TECC48. I liked going by a sketch. Then you can just pick papers and a stamp and start working. I need to work on downloading my pictures tho. I am not very good at it yet. I didnt have a sentiment stamp I wanted to use so I just hand wrote it. I usually dont do that because I dont like my handwriting, but it worked out ok this time.

I went shopping with my daughter yesterday. She is home on leave for christmas. Today while she went to the in-laws with her dad I had time to stamp. I was thinking about her and shopping and made this card with a Hannah stamp set-But I want it all.

I showed it to her when she got home and she really liked it.
