2nd Chocolate Card Challenge!

So I recieved a couple of comments from the design team about my 1st chocolate card. Too much color. Sorry girls! I just cant help myself when it comes to color. So for all brown and cream I couldnt use one of my other tildas because I just didnt feel right not giving them color. So I used this little pirate tilda. I think she is really cute. I used the new stampin up brown. I love how rich this is and the new Kraft color which is called Crumb Cake I think. Then I remembered I had this stampin up retired designer paper that is all brown and cream. I tried to pick one that would work with the pirate and thought this looked kind of like medallions. I used the good luck sentiment from the stampin up sincere salutations set since it looks like this little gal has a treasure map in her hand. Then I added the new lace ribbon from stampin up and some flowers.
I like the way she turned out even if she doesnt have much color.
This is for the chocolate challenge over at the Totally Tilda Blog challenge.
Happy Stamping!

  1. Wow- what a great card! You're right about Tilda, this cutie always looks cute in browns and the others-well you want to jazz them up! We have something in common-I started stamping in 1999 too! I got hooked on Hero Arts stamps and have hundreds now in a storage closet, waiting to see daylight!LOL. Love the details in your card-ribbon, flower emebellies! PS I don't know if you know you have word verification switched on, just to let you know that if you have word verification switched on in the future the The Totally Tilda team may not be able to leave you a comment (you might not even know you have it switched on)
    It is so easy to switch off and if you us comment moderation you can still monitor your comments, and if you switch off word verification you will get lots more comments from your readers
    Heres what to do if you don't already know;
    Click customize
    Then click the settings tab
    Then click comments , scroll down to "Show word verification for comments?" and just clock "No"
    At this point if you want to turn on "Comment moderation" you can just fill in this section with your email address etc on the same page, personally I don't have this on either and I don't get any problems
    I hope you don't mind me saying this its just that word verification slows us all up and take the fun out of blogging
    Hugs Susie xx
